Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO you will have a unique and rare opportunity to take the helm of a non-profit association currently immersed in a fast paced environment. You will report to a board of directors and carry the responsibility of delivering on Strategic and Operational objectives. A brief snapshot of some of the expectations will include:

A Bachelor of Commerce, or another degree equivalent in experience; strong business and project management background coupled with significant senior management experience.

Proven personal Relations skills equipping you with the exceptional ability to be the voice of our association; committed to promoting and growing our membership into the future.

Attained expertise in all aspects of fundraising. Ranging from event creation; planning budget assessment; sponsorship/donor packages; revenue generation, to name just a few.

Superior management skills. Including, but not limited to, accounting, human resources management, budget and planning experience.

Exceptional organizational skills allowing you to manage multiple programs and services as deemed necessary at any given time; including event management experience.

Experience reporting to a Board of Directors and a background in the construction industry would be an asset.
