Whether the matter is a personality conflict, or a harassment complaint, HRA has experienced consultants who can assist in a variety of ways to address the matter.  Applying sound evidentiary principles, we separate facts from feelings, identify underlying issues, or work with the parties to determine the options for resolving concerns.

Respectful workplace culture:

Productive workplaces need to cultivate a positive energy that is only sustainable in an environment where even strong concerns and disagreements can be expressed in a respectful manner, without threat to either the physical or psychological well-being of workers: productive workplaces are civil workplaces.  Our consultants work with you to build and celebrate positive practices and hold people accountable for disrespectful behaviours. By doing so, clients are proactive in addressing workplace behaviours before they become harassment.
