HRA has two series it regularly offers:
- Labour Relations Series
- This series orients front-line supervisors and managers to the legal obligations under labour legislation and the collective agreement, and looks at how essential people-management issues are addressed with the collective agreement that is in place.
- Mental Health
- We also offer specialized support for managers who are dealing with performance issues where mental health issues may also be involved. HRA has consultants who are certified by Mental Health Works, an arm of Canadian Mental Health Association’s Ontario division, to deliver a variety of workshops.
