About the Speaker:
Linda Gaudet, HRA 
After spending the early part of her career as a lawyer in both private and public practice, Linda gravitated into labour relations. Over the past 20 years or so she has represented employers in negotiations, mediation and arbitration, has developed and implemented training programs for supervisors and managers, and advised management personnel and Human Resource professionals dealing with the vast array of employee issues that regularly arise within a workforce. She is particularly pleased to be a certified trainer of the mentalhealthworks programs, including Complex Issues. Clear Solutions, having the opportunity to assist employers manage issues where workplace performance and behaviour intersect with mental or emotional health concerns.
