National Award Winning Workshop for Municipal Managers & Supervisors

HRA's PEI office is pleased to offer the one day, national award winning workshop Complex Issues. Clear Solutions. to the municipal managers' and supervisors' community.

Workplaces everywhere are learning first hand about the toll that severe stress, emotional difficulties and mental illness can take on everyone at work - from the individual employee experiencing the problem, to co-workers and the manager trying to deal with the situation.  These issues are also known to represent at least 50% of all disability claims so it’s likely that someone in your workplace is affected.  However, few managers know how to deal effectively with these situations.

On Wednesday, November 26, 2008, join fellow municipal managers and supervisors to learn successful approaches and tools for having performance conversations and problem-solving discussions with stressed and struggling employees.
