Administrative & Accounting Assistant


Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative & Accounting Assistant will be responsible for client reception and office administrative duties as well as day-to-day accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll activities. The successful candidate will also provide ongoing support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

 

The successful candidate must have post secondary training in administration and/or accounting with a minimum of two years related experience. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills. A demonstrated ability to work independently, organize tasks and set priorities are essential for this job.
