EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to the Association.  You will be responsible for fulfilling the mandate and goals of the organization and accountable for managing day-to-day operations, which includes financial management, managing staff, business and strategic planning and ensuring excellence in the delivery of all PEIBWA services.

As the ideal candidate, you have a Business Administration degree combined with progressive management experience.  You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to create good working relationships with stakeholders. 

As the successful candidate, you are a dynamic, business-minded visionary with strong interpersonal, leadership, strategic planning and business acumen.  You have a solid financial background and significant experience working with budgets.  Ideally you have proven experience in the not-for-profit sector and have worked with a Board of Directors.
