Marketing Specialist
Reporting to the General Manager of the Prince Edward Island Potato Board, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy plan for table potatoes. You will be responsible for market research; the coordination and delivery of marketing programs within Canada and abroad; be the Board’s representative at trade shows, conventions and special events; manage customer satisfaction programs; and provide support to the Tablestock Marketing Committee.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent years of training and work experience in Agriculture. You possess strong marketing and communication skills, with proven experience at a senior level in the industry. You are results and detail oriented with strong project management and planning skills. Frequent travel throughout Canada and abroad is required.
