Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation (CUDIC), oversees the protection of 
Credit Union member’s deposits throughout Prince Edward Island.

As the ideal candidate, you have a Business Administration degree, or combination of post-secondary education and significant senior management experience.  Possessing strong communication and financial analytical capability, you can work co-operatively with all stakeholders in the Credit Union system.  Your organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects.  Ideally, you have experience reporting to a Board of Directors and a background in the financial services sector.

You will lead the organization which preserves the financial strength of Credit Unions throughout Prince Edward Island.  Reporting to the Board of Directors, as the CEO you will have overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation and will work closely with member Credit Unions to assist them in achieving their financial goals.  Responsibilities include overview of audit and compliance functions of member Credit Unions, regular reviews with senior managers and meetings with member Credit Union Boards of Directors.
