Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to the organization.  You will be responsible for fulfilling the mandate and business plan of the organization and will be accountable for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing all aspects of the Club facilities and pursuing new business opportunities.

As the ideal candidate, you are a confident self-starter with a successful track record of accomplishments in the recreation industry.  You have a University degree preferably in recreation or business administration or an equivalent combination of experience and training with experience in the food and beverage industry.  Exposure to the sport and recreation industry would be an asset.

Operationally, you have well-honed skills in human resources, finance and event marketing. A senior level manager, you possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and are known for your ability to motivate staff and volunteers to meet the needs of members and customers. You have proven experience in a not-for-profit sector and have worked with a Board of Directors in achieving its strategic goals.
