Executive Director

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to CBDC West Prince Ventures Limited. You will be responsible for fulfilling the mandate and business plan of CBDC West Prince Ventures Limited, managing day-to-day operations, communications, marketing, presentations, acting as liaison with other government partners, and maintaining good relationships with the business community and potential clients.

As the ideal candidate, you have a Business Administration degree combined with relevant experience. You have proven experience in the not-for-profit sector and have worked with a Board of Directors.

Operationally, you have well-honed skills in public relations, human resources, finance,administration, policy development and program management. A senior level manager,you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and are known for your ability to motivate people to meet sometimes difficult and challenging objectives.
