CompuCollege is looking for a well-rounded accounting professional to join their head office team located in Dartmouth. This career opportunity will appeal to individuals who have completed – or are close to completing – an accounting designation and are ready to advance to an expanded accounting management role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with five or more years of related experience who has earned a reputation for excellence in accurate and timely reporting, and solid analysis. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to build exceptional working relationships at all levels of an organization.


The Controller is a key management role which works closely with, and reports to, the Vice President of Finance. This broad and hands-on role contributes to business strategy and implementation by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve internal systems and processes.


The Controller is responsible for the monthly financial statements, cash management, government reporting and financial analysis. The successful candidate will provide supervision, guidance and support to the on-site accounting team and off-site campus personnel.
