CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership
and direction to CHBA - EN. You will be responsible for fulfilling the mandate and business plan
of the organization and will be accountable for managing day-to-day operations, property, project
management and pursuing new business development opportunities.
As the ideal candidate, you have a Business Administration degree, a strong business and project
management background and significant senior management experience. You are a self-starter,
possibly an entrepreneur, who enjoys working independently to achieve organizational goals. You
possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to create sustainable working
relationships with stakeholders as well as provincial and federal government representatives and
media. Your organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple programs and services.
Ideally, you have experience reporting to a Board of Directors and a background in the
construction industry would be considered an asset.
