Our client, an industry leader on Prince Edward Island, requires a Controller to oversee all financial aspects of three manufacturing operations.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will manage all financial functions including: the preparation and analysis of internal financial reports; ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies, operating procedures and controls; preparing annual forecasts and budgets; and managing accounting department and staff. An additional key responsibility area will be structuring financing for projects.

You have a professional accounting designation (CA or CMA) with a minimum of five years related experience in a manufacturing environment. You have senior management experience and an in-depth knowledge of cost accounting and costing techniques. You are proficient with technology and possess excellent analytical as well as interpersonal communication skills.
