Junior Underwriter 

 

ICPEI has a full-time position in the Auto and Homeowners Underwriting Department in Charlottetown.  Reporting to the Underwriter Manager, the successful candidate will work as a team player to service its Maritime Brokers.  The successful candidate will be responsible for processing insurance policies, handling Broker requests and data processing.

Ideally, you have a minimum of five years office related experience.  Preference will be given to candidates with Underwriting experience.  You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and you possess strong  oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills.  This position requires that you are detail orientated and committed to accuracy with excellent decision making ability.  Fluency in English and French is an asset.
