Reporting to the General Manager of HZPC Holland BV you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to HZPC Americas Corporation.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a degree in Agriculture with significant experience in the potato industry.  You are a confident self-starter, possibly an entrepreneur, with proven experience at a senior level.  You possess skills and have overall responsibility for operating and financial management, production / inventory planning, product support management, contract and licensing administration, logistics, customer relations and human resource management.  Additionally, you must be technically skilled in marketing and sales and have relationship building skills and you are known for your ability to motivate people to meet challenging objectives in a small but dynamic company which is experiencing growth at the rate of 20% annually.

A willingness to travel throughout the continent and from time to time to Europe is required.
