This is a new role that will allow the right person to work closely with the President and his team to shape the human resources function over time.
The HR Specialist role will be of interest to candidates with experience in pro-active recruitment, ideally in a technical environment. Ideally, you will have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of capability with computers, and the ability to work flexibly and independently in a team environment. You are a self starter. A professional. And just the sort of person who enjoys a workplace full of brilliant employees who don’t mind referring to themselves as “ninja-Flash-developers”.
