Atlantic Canada’s premier human resource management and labour relations consulting firm, requires an individual with strong interpersonal, research and negotiation skills as well as a basic understanding of labour law, labour relations and human resource concepts to join our team of consultants in Prince Edward Island.

Responsible for providing labour and employee relations advice, representing clients in collective bargaining, mediation and adjudication, and case management.

Applicants should have post-secondary education in a related field, such as law or industrial relations. This is an entry level position and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Some experience in labour relations and bilingual capacity are considered assets.
