GENERAL MANAGER

 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will assume overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction to CADC. You will be responsible for fulfilling the mandate and business plan of the organization and will be accountable for managing day-to-day operations, property and project management, and pursuing new business development opportunities.


As the ideal candidate, you have a Business Administration degree, a strong business and project management background and significant senior management experience. You are a self-starter, possibly an entrepreneur, who enjoys working independently to achieve organizational goals. You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to create sustainable working relationships with members of the community, as well as provincial and federal government representatives. Your organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects effectively while at the same time provide sound management of existing CADC properties. Ideally, you have experience reporting to a Board of Directors.
