Administrative Assistant
WEICan has a full-time position, reporting to the Manager of Administration, who will be responsible for client reception and administration, while supporting the WEICan Management Team. The successful candidate will assist in accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
The successful candidate must have post secondary training in administration and accounting with a minimum of five years related experience. This position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ACCPAC and Access software. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent telephone communication, customer service skills, ability to work independently, be detailed orientated and committed to accuracy of a completed task with strong problem solving, organization and interpersonal skills.
