Michele believes in people taking ownership of their issues and engaging in healthy problem-solving.  Dissatisfied with the typical positional and adversarial process in traditional law practice, she traded in her law practice and role as Chair of the Labour Relations Board of Prince Edward Island for a seat at the bargaining table.

Michele has extensive experience in both conventional and interest-based negotiation.  She regularly represents employers in the resolution of workplace disputes, including group facilitation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration. She is highly skilled in addressing sensitive issues while preserving trust and relationships (which means she also loves parenting three active teenagers).
