Jennifer's life has come full circle.  She grew up in Charlottetown, obtained her undergraduate degree from Acadia University, and studied law at the University of New Brunswick.  She then pursued a legal career  in management labour and employment law in Toronto.  Luckily for us, she decided to search for a better job in her home town.

She  brings to HRA a wealth of experience to share with our clients.  In the course of her career path Jennifer has run her own franchise, worked as an employee relations consultant with a national financial institution, and has practiced law both as a sole practitioner and as a member of a large reputable Toronto firm. Recognizing the value of parties achieving their own solutions, Jennifer enjoys negotiating and conflict resolution.  Therefore it is no surprise that she ended up with HRA!

When  she's not at work, Jennifer is enjoying settling into her Stratford home with her  family.
