Michael has a relatively rare combination of competencies: a solid IT professional, an HR generalist, and a gourmet cook.  He gives HRA great internal IT support, is equally comfortable speaking with client IT and HR departments, and he brings in great cookies for the office to boot!

Michael keeps up his IT certifications, and stays abreast of the latest developments in HR software options for small and medium organizations and advises clients on IT solutions that can work for them. He is certified to sell and support ACCPAC/Sage Abra HR management software, and regularly assists customers throughout Atlantic Canada.  Recently, a significant component of his work has involved assisting clients with recruitments.

When not installing new programs or demonstrating software for clients, Michael enjoys running and going to Elton John concerts.
