Constance proudly displays her poster from the International Space University, but you better not call her a space cadet.  Let's just say she has... eclectic interests.  From the practical to the technical, and from arbitration briefs to writing reports, she enjoys applying her legal and policy knowledge to client needs.

A high-energy presenter, Constance also enjoys sharing her knowledge with others as a  speaker and trainer.  On her quieter days she also volunteers with the local human resources association, HRANS-PEI.
