Frank's theme song is "I've been every where".  With experience as a teacher, the President of the Prince Edward Island Teachers' Federation, a city councillor, Director of Human Resources for a hospital, he has successfully evolved into negotiator and labour relations consultant.  An entrepreneur in his own right and a founding partner of HRA, Frank readily understands the business concerns of his clients and works tirelessly on their behalf.  He successfully negotiates workable collective agreements in situations where the organizations are in challenging circumstances.

To unwind and spend time with his wife, Frank enjoys traveling and discovering the sights and tastes of new places (rumour has it that he tried some pretty hot chili peppers in the American Mid-West last year).
