Working as a labour relations and human resource consultant since 1994, Ron's assignments have included negotiating restructuring of health service delivery in P.E.I. and acting as chief spokesperson in province wide negotiations with nurses and teachers.  Ron is adept at both conventional and alternative dispute resolution including mediation and mediation-arbitration, a combined process of mediation and binding arbitration to resolve disputes and settle contracts. In addition to experience as a labour relations and human resource consultant, Ron also brings a number of years experience in the insurance and financial services industry to clients establishing or rethinking employee benefit issues.

When not negotiating a collective agreement, Ron enjoys his "down" time: skiing down big mountains, and spending time with his family -- preferably at the same time.
