Founded in 1998 as HR Associates Inc., that vision has come to fruition as a successful business helping clients negotiate and administer collective agreements worth over $400 million annually, and serving both public and private clients throughout Atlantic Canada, as well as in Ontario and Western Canada. When our clients started referring to the firm as HRA, we decided that our customers were right.
