One of HRA’s founders, Frank’s theme song is “I’ve been every where”. With experience as a teacher, the President of the Prince Edward Island Teachers’ Federation, a city councillor, Director of Human Resources for a hospital, he has successfully evolved into negotiator and labour relations consultant. An entrepreneur in his own right, Frank readily understands the business concerns of his clients and works tirelessly on their behalf. He successfully negotiates workable collective agreements in situations where the organizations are in challenging circumstances.
To unwind, Frank enjoys traveling with his wife and discovering the sights and tastes of new places.
