Constance, like other HRA consultants, thrives on ever-developing knowledge of workplace best pratices. She is the office’s go-to person for research or information on hot topics such as accommodation and constitutional issues, to attendance management and discipline. She has worked on issues relating to public policy in matters relating to the health and education fields, at least one client refers to her as the central intelligence agent of the firm. Her personal interests are reflected in her office décor, where she proudly displays art from her travels and a poster from the International Space University, but you better not call her a space cadet. Let’s just say she has… eclectic interests.
From the practical to the technical, and from arbitration briefs to research reports, she enjoys applying her legal and policy knowledge to client needs. Known as a high-energy presenter, Constance also enjoys sharing her knowledge with others as a speaker and trainer. When not working on client files, she is probably chauffeuring daughters to their after-school activities, or volunteering with her church or the local human resources association, HRANS-PEI.
